National Pawn and Jewelry

This was the most horrible store I have ever been to. They deserve a negative 10 in ratings. They all had attitudes. There was one lady talking on the phone about her personal life (using vulgar language), while there were about three people waiting for someone to help them. The store clerks were rude and insulting to more than two customers in the store. They need a whole new team. People who work in customer service shouldn't be rude and insulting. Even if the customer is not right, it is their job to stay calm and be an adult in the situation. Their customer service isn't going to benefit the company. The supervisor of this store should hire a new team. They were by far the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in my life (and I work in customer service). If I was someone thinking about shopping here, I wouldn't. Don't do business here unless you want to be insulted, yelled at, or belittled. They don't treat customers with respect. You can tell they all want to go home. I will never shop there again.
