        Worst service EVER! I came in...

        Worst service EVER! I came in for a simple oil change with an appointment and they made me late for an appointment I had 2hrs later! They didn't honor their special they were running, broke a piece of my car causing it to leak oil and then tried to cover it up! They can't even change oil properly. Every time I went in to deal with them I had to wait 15+ minutes behind other IRATE customers. They also screwed up a simple repair on my sister in laws car 3 TIMES! Don't go near NTB unless you want to get screwed!
