        As wool carpet is prone to unravelling and ideally is installed with minimal seams we ordered lengths for our bedrooms that would be seamless. Due to an admitted miscalculation on the the part of the tile and carpet store a smaller length was ordered. The order was picked up by their recommended installer and installed with a seam due to the shorter length. When I asked that I felt like they should make it right as we ended up with a less than ideal situation due to their mistake I was told that due to their 10% profit margin they were unable to offer me any further discounts and that I should have returned the carpet (the carpet was already intalled) and waited for a reorder (we were finishing a remodel, living in a construction zone and trying to move in) if I really didn't want the seam even though they informed me of the unravelling issue with wool carpet. They could then sell the carpet as a remnent...I am assuming at a discount:( I cannot recommend working with this company.
