We are expected to get bad weather this weekend and I called to have our fireplace inspected since we just moved into a new house. I was given an hour window that they would come out the next day, with a call to my husband 30 mins in advance to let him know when he needed to leave work & head home. They ended up calling 2 hours before the time window was asking him to come home when he couldn't. He told them he could be home within an hour and their response was that we were their last job for the day (at 11:30 am??) and they were not going to wait! The soonest they said they could come was the next Monday (today is fri) and the weather is supposed to get nasty tomorrow. Thanks for nothing guys!
