Overall

Duncanville TV picked up my TV a few weeks back to fix my screen. When they returned it, there was a crack in the screen. After asking about that, they said Samsung would have to pay them to fix it. I asked what Samsung had to do with it and told them I already paid them to have it fixed and they obviously replaced the screen, but created a crack in it when delivering it or at the shop. The guy (Dale) told me "I don't know nothing about TVs. They just pay me to help carry it."



That in itself completely sums up Duncanville TV. They "don't know nothing about TVs"

Overall

We bought our LG tv with a warranty. We called ABC Warehouse which is based in Michigan. ABC sent Duncanville TV repairs to our house. After two weeks of having our TV we called them to see what was up. They said they had no ETA of when our TV was going to be fixed. Finally after another few days they brought our TV back. After five days the same problem started to occur. We called them again. They sent someone to fetch our TV. The guy didn't want to take our TV. He said we broke our TV. We were standing on our porch arguing with their pickup person. They reluctantly took our TV. An hour passed, and they said we broke our TV with water damage. Hmm. The same problem we called on five days before, we created. They brought the TV back the next day. We had someone take a part the TV at our house. There was no water damage. These guys are lying through their teeth.

Overall

The guys that came out to the house to look at the tv were great. They were professional and tried to see if they could repair the tv in sight. They informed me that they had to take it in to the repair shop and I was fine with it. I was told that it would take 3-5 business days. I didn't hear from them at all for nearly a week and when I finally called, i asked what the status of my tv was. The woman told me that she had called me with the status. I informed her that I spoke to no one except on the day they came to pick up the tv and that it wasn't me that she had called. Why else would I be calling? She said they had to order a part for it and I asked how long and she said she didn't know. So why would you take my tv when I still could be watching it if you we're just ordering a part for it? The part takes less than 20 minutes to replace and could be done at my home. She was very rude and had I knew ahead of time that all they were going to do is sit and wait for the part, I would have made them leave my tv.
