Why would you blame a cashier that is only doing her job? Jill has represented the store and its many faces for SEVERAL years. If she was anything as the two reviews stated I do not believe that the Miner’s family would keep her employed and a face “representing” their business. And I have to ask in what way was she discriminating you, most of the patrons that shop there (including myself) have WIC and EBT and I frankly don’t understand how she was being discriminating against you, your 12 year old daughter or your 1 year old son? Jill is one of the easiest going cashiers working at the Plaza- ALWAYS taking time with each and every customer. Maybe if you’re having a bad day you shouldn't take it out on a cashier that is doing their job- just because you want to be angry and blame someone else doesn't make it right. The employees of the Plaza Super One yes work in customer service and I agree that they need to be considerate of each and every customers needs and with that I believe they do a decent job. For a store with mostly college students and short handed most evenings the employee's have and are doing a stellar job, including Jill.

Instead of blaming Jill for your misfortune do yourself,wait do us all a favor and get a job that will enable you to pay for your children. Maybe your the one that needs to " get it totogether "

I agree that if you are going to work in an atmosphere where you see people all day long, than GET IT TOGETHER JILL!! That is UNCALLED FOR!! I myself am a parent with assistance, and quite honestly there are alot of us out there. So get it together lady or do us all a favor, and quit!!

I had visited Plaza Super One in Duluth,Minnesota today. I presented a milk coupon to the clerk named Jill, whom I see during the day-shift, and she was soo rude!! I understand that there are bad days, but do you need to cause an embarrassing scene? She becam incredibly IRATE when the items were not correct, and had refused to give me back the coupon when I had asked or it. I thought that Suprr One Foods present themselves as nondescriminating organization?! Well, this coupon was a WIC coupon in which is given to low income families to assist with milk. Well, Jill had presented herself in an unprofessional way that reflects the entire company, and I think that the business she represents needs to look closer at the employee's representing them, especially with the economy, and businesses struggling to make their businesses successful!! I know that the reason behind her actions were also partly due to the fact that my WIC coupon was interrupting her precious break time!!! I would think that working in an atosphere in assisting people, that Jill would take a little more time in being considerate to anothers needs. Well, that did NOT happen today! I truly hope that there will be some type of action taken in this embarrassing matter, because Jill not only embarrassed herself, but me, my 12 year old daughter, and my 1 year old son!!
