        Seem like nice guys, but possibly shoddy work or work ethic. I had them replace the mid-section exhaust pipe, 15 minutes after getting the car back I had the Exhaust Gas Recirculation P0400 engine code show up, looked under the hood to find two previously snug-fitting EGR vacuum hoses removed in what seemed to me like a very convenient deliberate attempt to cost me more money and cause me distress. I think this is a distinct possibility because I refused to pay $90 and we settled on $75 after a short but strained negotiation.

        Also, a few months back we had another car of ours there to get the sway bar end links replaced, a very quick and easy job for any technician, and when I inspected the work I found 3 different nuts were used, 2 being metric sized and other being standard imperial sizing. The big upset though was that these end link nuts were not even tightened, one of them was mid-way up the threading. I took 2 minutes and tightened them all down, this installation was very unacceptable. I've gone there two different times for the repairs mentioned above and both times I've had problems. Maybe my EGR vacuum hoses were some freak coincidence, and maybe the bad end link installation was just a 'friday messup' brain fart that doesn't reflect their normal work ethic -- but at least for me, I am done going there and will not shy away from telling friends and family my experience.
