They stole parts from my mowers and then lied and they do not care at all. Terrible service
Do not use these guys they will bend you over and screw you.

Very bad customer service, combatant front desk/phone people.

They gave me incorrect estimate, so I end up spending as much as paying for a new edger. Will definitely going back there again.

I dropped off a trimmer to be sharpened. They called to say it was ready, but when I arrived next morning at 8:20 the shop was locked up in spite of 8 am open time on signage and ticket provided - wasting 45 minutes. Went back same afternoon, picked up item and complained about opening time. The owner stated that I had an attitude and began cursing and calling me names. I left mentioning I would not be back. Took the trimmer home and it's not cutting any better than before they sharpened. I'll be contacting my bank to do a charge back and recommend others avoid this shop. All I got was disrespectful treatment and poor quality workmanship.

They may take their time but its definitely to assure a well oiled & running piece of equipment. I got my mower back in a timely manner then it seemed to be in its best shape ever!!!!! Thanks Corleys and all of the customer service was wonderful...

If you need something related to small engines this place is the greatest. A diamond in the rough perhaps. This is where the other guys send you when they can not do the job. It does take time and money but they do it and stand behind their work.

Stay away. Their customer service has been horrendous for years and only seems worse now. Told me 2 weeks for my repair and I only got it back after 6 weeks by pushing. Then they kept my grass catcher bag and air filter housing - so two returns to get parts they should've had ready and on the mower. Take the time to find another place! They are out there.

My mower had been in 2 different shops for the same problem. I spent over 100.00 in each one and the mower still didn't start good and it ran bad. One service guy said that "all of this type of mower run like that" On a friends recommendation I took it here. They fixed my mower in 10 days for $45.00 and it runs like new. Plus it was cleaned and started in front of me before I left. This is a good lawn mower repair shop.

Yes, their repairs cost a bit, but I thought it was worth it. John there provided good advice and seemed on the up-and-up. Been using them for 9 years.

I brought my lawn mower in to have it fixed. I was told it would be a 10 day repair. A month later I had to call and force them to move it up in line. To top it off they told me it would be $75 to fix it to begin with and now they are saying it will be $130. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I would stay away from this repair shop.
