Just an update since my first(one star review this past April), first of all Kudos and applause to my Sales Rep: Darlene, for rolling up her sleeves and getting all matters resolved for me, i appreciate all your hard work and your help in resolving the warehouse/backorders issues, etc....You Rock ! Second of all...You STILL Rock Darlene !
