I would not trust my business with anyone else. One of my drivers had accidently erased the programming for my machine right before a big transaction. I called customer service and within literaly 5 minutes everything was back on line. Very difficult to find service like this, i would consider myself a customer for life.

Great customer service!! Problems are resolved very quickly. You can always get a hold of a real human, not someones voicemail. I wouldn't trust my business with anyone else.

Great company to work with, I have been accepting credit cards through their service for 4 months and everything has been going as planned. Company has very fast response for customer service, very important for me.

My experience with merchantech was really good, everything was processed on time. Anything I was promised I received. Their rates dont change like other companies, have had many issues with my rates changing after a few months. Been with them since December and will stay a loyal customer.

My wireless credit card machines worked out great, network considerably fast. Equipment arrived quickly and i was able to take credit cards right out of the box. Would definitely recommend.
