General Info: Founded in 1986 as a partnership between Nihon Tokushu Toryo and Rieter Automotive Systems, UGN is a manufacturer of acoustic, interior trim and thermal management products. The company has more than five manufacturing facilities throughout North America and over 1,300 employees. UGN offers a wide variety of products that include metal sheets, barrier mats, fiberglasses and pads, injected foams and sheet metal damping assemblies. It also offers hood and dash outer insulators, dampers, thermal management systems, engine side parts and floor pads. The company s additional products include pad dashes, sunroof sunshades, wheelhouse insulators, tunnel silencers and mudguards. It provides product development, testing and service support services. UGN is located in Chicago.
