I was helping friends of mine who are in poor health and elderly. Their ice maker stopped working on their Samsung refrigerator. After calling Samsung, they set up an appointment with Nace Appliance for Friday january 6, 2017. Nace called them on Friday only to tell them they wouldn't be showing up. They rescheduled for Tuesday January 10, 2017. In the meantime, my friends wife was admitted to the hospital. He didn't want to cancel the appointment so he stayed at home, even after receiving a window between 8 and 5??? Do they really call that a window? They NEVER showed up. Never called. So now my friend, who could have spent the day with his very sick wife called me to tell me he wasted an entire day waiting for a worthless company that doesn't have the courtesy to call their customers. Do not waste your time, your money or patience on a worthless company such as Nace Appliance. I have only given one star because I can't give ZERO!

They were great the first time I used them, but I have been trying to get hold of them since the beginning of December and I cannot get them and I cannot even leave a message.

They came out fast to work on refrigerator had to order part but then had someone out again after part was put in because it quit working again and he said to give it 72 hrs and see if it worked well it didn't and I made another call they sent someone out again and they said they had to order the same part again then i was told I had to pay for the part because it was past 30 days but it wasn't past that day when I called the 2nd time then I was told I had to pay for the service call I had to fight about that also they got the part in and finally came and put in then within 2 weeks it was gone again we have been without a refrigerator since May and lost 3 refrigerator full of food and it still isn't working I called again when it went out and they was suppose to get ahold of the samsung dealer and get another part haven't heard back from the since and it has been over a month now and to call the office you have to call up to 1hr one right after the other to get hold of someone
