Wendy's

This was the worst customer service experience of my life. The employee that took my order through the drive through got my order wrong, and then became angry when I corrected him. I was going to follow through with order just to complain to the manager, but to my surprise found out the employee in question was the manager on duty. While I stared at him in shock, he proceeded to slam my drink down on the counter inside, and call me an offensive expletive, which his subordinates found amusing. He then snatched my money, and literally threw my food into my vehicle with my change. I plan to submit a formal complaint to the manager, but I don't expect much. I wouldn't recommend that Wendy's to my worst enemy; avoid at all costs.
