C/A Design Inc was founded in the spring of 1993. Since then we have been providing engineering services, compact heat exchangers, CNC machined components and electronic enclosures to a variety of aerospace customers.C/A Designs technical and manufacturing depth is its greatest asset. Our personnel resources include many people with several years in the aerospace brazing industry. Our experience with heat exchanger and electronic enclosure designs using the vacuum and dip brazing processes is expansive.C/A Design can design and manufacture a solution to your cooling needs using the latest in design & analysis tools. Software such as SolidWorks, SURFCAM, and MathCAD on the latest workstations provide for cost effective designs on time.C/A Design is proficient at complete design breakdown to accommodate manufacturing of complex heat exchangers and avionics enclosures. The designs will incorporate all necessary features to convert CNC machined material through Vacuum or Dip Brazing into a tight toleranced aerospace assembly.C/A Design can also accommodate a variety of testing services to verify heat exchanger performance to specification. Testing such as pressure drop with Coolanol 25R, Water, Ethylene Glycol/Water, Polyalphaolefin ( PAO ), and Air are routine tests. Additionally, Metallography, thermal performance verification testing, leak, proof, and burst testing can be provided.
