I am done with this company...the last straw was when I called to let them know that my trash had not been picked up...first of all I was on hold for 20 minutes listening to the same recording over and over. When someone finally took my call, she all but called me a liar and said that either my can was too far from the road, or it was blocked. My can was placed exactly where it always is, and it wasn't blocked. I am not happy at all with customer service...if you can call it that.

Leaves trash in can or strewn over driveway, leaves lid open in storms (picture of water in can attached. Offers no solution because drivers do not get out of truck. Lousy customer service. They bought us from two different companies. They didn't honor the 3 mos. we paid the first time they bought us. We're done with them.

I now have several weeks of recycling material piled in my shop waiting for Waste Industries to comply with their contract. They promised a special pickup to catch up and still... nothing. I haven't had service in weeks. My tolerance has been exceeded. I'll begin searching for a competitive service to replace our recycling and front load dumpster service.
14 Mar update - They were supposed to make a special pickup today. Again nothing. I now have enough material to fill four 96 gallon containers.

This company has 0 customer service. They have more business than they deserve and it shows!! Beware!!

Their customer "service" is abysmal, sarcastic and didn't listen, but merely defended their staff . If the lid to the trash can doesn't close, they won't pick up. They also will NOT get out of their truck to pick up anything. I'm looking forward to another company.

Worst trash service we have ever had. They have a newer truck that has an arm on it that picks up the can allowing the driver to stay in the truck. If we don't have our trash can situated just right he will not take our trash. If u have any extra trash that won't fit in the trash can they will not get out of truck and take it. This has happened several times with this company. We are switching services. We had great service with other companies we only started using this company because they were a few bucks cheaper. Now we know why. We got what we paid for.....lousy service.

Since they took over the contract from E-Z Waste, this is the second price increase, from $39.00 to $45.45. The kicker $1.95 if you don't sign up for ebill. What the the h***, they are forcing you sign up no warning. Well guess what Ford F150 here I come straight to the dump myself

Professional and timely with pickups.

This company is horrific. When I began service 3 years ago, I was paying $29 per quarter. They have been inching up the price a couple of dollars every quarter. I began paying $46 a quarter. Now,without formal notification, I was billed $70. There is just a generic blurb that the invoice will reflect increase due to operational cost. They will nickel and dime you. When prices increase this significantly, you need to send advance formal notice to give the customer a chance to review and make a decision. Customer Service is awful as well.

I pay for trash AND recycling but saw yet again this morning my recycling being dumped into the same truck as the garbage. And when the recycling guy arrives there is nothing for him to pick up. I have called several times about this and have been offered credits that conveniently NEVER show up on my account. Waste Industries is THE WORST trash service I have ever dealt with and I'm thankful that today is my last day with them. They are a complete rip off and steal recycling fees on top of that. This is a company with zero morals and horrible employees (I was hung up on while canceling my service and had to call back to make sure it went through). Save yourself the headache and find a different trash company.

If I could give these people negative stars I would. 60 days and we are done doing business. I DO NOT OWE YOU ANYTHING YOU PROVIDE A SERVICE NOTHING MORE OR LESS. INVEST IN TRAINING FOR YOUR RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS AND ATTEMPT TO UNDERSTAND WHAT A SERVICE PROVIDER IS AS YOU CURRENTLY ARE AWFUL ON ALL LEVELS. Missed pickups, rude reps on all fronts and trash dropped on my property because your driver is too lazy to get out of his truck...

They were fine at first when they used "people" to collect your trash, but now I'm done with the new "robot arm" it's convenient for them, but not us. I occasionally have a few extra bags that need to go out, but not now. Also you have to have your container in a specific spot. I have now found a local company, that allows 2 extra bags a week, and are a little cheaper. Plus great customer service, since it's a family ran business. I would rather give my money to them any day.

Since waste industries has taken over most of the local trash companys.were left with a big company that is totally out of touch.drive bys without picking up trash.only taking credit cards.my wife cant even pay the bill with cash green money.i guess these companys dont miss the credit card fees there racking up on their machines.it seems to be their way or the highway.i remember when the trash man came down my driveway for the trash now I have to bring it myself.next yall are gonna want us to drive our trash to you.ive already decided to toss my trash in my truck and drop it of myself now.trash service is too much trouble. Ps yall have already lost my neighbors business too.

Do not use this trash service. The drivers will drive right by and not pick up your trash, then tell the office the cans weren't on the curb. Office won't refund the non-pickup as they believe their drivers over their Customers. They could care less about their customers. Today was the 3rd week in a row they tried not to pick up my trash. Luckily I was at home to see them drive right by - called the Office to ask what their excuse was this time and was told they didn't see my trash. 2 cans sitting on the side of the road, lids wide open with excessive trash hanging out, and 10 cardboard boxes broken down and sitting beside them. Apparently their drivers are BLIND or just too lazy to do the job you pay them for! They take your money and don't provide the service
