The place was newly renovated but the credentials still aren't up to par... The service is actually horrible, she has unlicensed nail techs working with her. She has been so rude to the girls working for her. Cindy has no credentials to be training the girls in the first place. She's doing everything illegally. She screams at girls in front of me and other customers numerous times on plenty occasions. There are always kids running rampant in the like it's a playground. My grandmother was even standing out in the bushes when state board came to do their walk through. They do not clean their paraffin machines, they reuse unsanitary implements on customers. I would never recommend anyone go to this establishment.

This place is great! A very relaxing and calming nail salon. My fill in was done by Cindy and she did an excellent job. I enjoyed every minute of my service. I am so glad that we have a nail salon like this in Douglasville. I will be returning!
