nor Marathon serVice station inc

I took my Jeep into Nor Marathon on Wednesday, 8/14/13 for a break light and an oil change. I was told I needed brake pads and 2 rear rotors. I did not realize I had to get Jeep inspected. If I did not get done, I would fail inspection. I did not have time to go for another inspection. I Had work done against better judgement. Now I feel they were lying and I was ripped off. I did not have a problem in the past. I think there are new owners and it is no longer a good place.

to the person thats above me. every time i been to this place they have always helped me out big time. they go out of their way to help out customers sometimes. You probably started of doing business with them on the wrong foot but that young kid you are talking about always been fair to me and people i send there.

This service station used to be the last decent service station around. It was honest and fairly priced. However, now they hired a tiny little twenty year old who fills in for the oners alot. He is rude, arrogant and nasty. He makes up prices, lies and tries to act like the boss. I will never go here again because I don't trust him. This one kid brought down the whole business. He should never be allowed to leave the repair shop and deal with the public because all the other mechanics and even the owners were fair and worked with you. This young kid will try to screw you out of money and acts like the boss. It's unfortunate that they let one young idiot mess up a really good business. If you argue with him over prices that you have had in the past...Watch him!! He talks to the other mechanics and then smiles at you. Sorry but this BP is just like the rest now!! A young wanna be hotshot ruined a good wholesome trustworthy business.
