. I have, in the past, taken my cat, Max, there a few times when my regular veterinarian was unavailable. If it weren't for NPC giving me an emergency appointment my beloved cat would have died long ago. They diagnosed and treated him for a bladder infection, which if left untreated, is very painful and very dangerous for a male cat. The cost did not vary much from my regular vet, and the staff could not have been nicer to my cat and me. While being examined, the vet tech kissed him on the head! I was so impressed with the loving care he was given and how nice they were to me. The exam room and the reception area has always been immaculate, so I don't understand how somebody could write a review saying it was dirty unless something else angered them and it made them feel better to make up something negative.
