called and asked for a tech to come and give a quote on a large revamp of our central air. He showed up without calling first and I had another company there doing a quote. I asked him to come back after the other tech left. He wanted to quote at the same time and I said that wasn't appropriate. I told him if he could not come back, we could reschedule. He said he would check w/ his boss and call me back but I never heard from them again. I guess they didn't need this $10,000 job (that is what I have been quoted so far). Trish Quinn
