Foxy Nail

The worst experience ever! I went to get a full set. It started off bad because she was half butting my nails. What was even worse when it came time to shape them she told me to do it and she was still going to charge me extra. When I told her I did not like my nails she got upset and started yelling at me. But being I am a child of God!I told her I was going to pray for her and My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will deal with her for the way she treated me. No one should ever have to endure all that I went through. I will never go back but I will pray for them and if u r reading this so should you!

I went Foxy Nails to get a manicure and pedicure on New Year's Eve. The mani and pedi were done by two different people. Cindy, who I think is part owner, is the one who did my manicure. When I went to pay for the service, I simply asked if they could provide me with cash for the tip amount so I could split the tip between the two employees. Cindy said yes. My total was $40.00 for the both services, and I wanted to tip $5.00. So when I asked for 5 one dollar bills from the tip amount I wrote down on the receipt, Cindy actually raised her voice at me to say they do not give cash back to customers to tip and that her employees get the tip at the end of the day. I was shocked she was yelling at me while I was only right across from her. I asked Cindy why she was yelling since I was only 12 inches in front of her. She ignored the question. I repeated to her the reason why I asked first if they could give me cash back before I signed the receipt was so I could split the tip between the two employees and that it not just go the first employee who did my pedicure. She actually yelled again at me and said that I didn't say "do they give cash back" and that I just asked if the employees get the cash. So I apologized for not saying the "right words" and she said something like my "little" tip was nothing to her and she would just void the tip amount off the total. She also said something to the effect of me causing trouble and scaring people away. The only one scaring people away was her for raising her voice to a customer. Even the customer next to me said she has never seen her react in such an irate way. I told her I was pray for her to find some peace and calmness, and then I asked for an apology for her poor attitude. Cindy refused. BTW, she even cut me while doing the manicure if anyone cares, but the pedicure came out great.
