Platinum Ties Limousine

I would not recommend Platinum Ties if you are looking for a reliable transportation company. They showed up almost 90 minutes late with our party bus causing us to almost miss a show we had tickets to. We were promised 3 bottles of alcohol, which most people would think they would be unopened, new bottles but instead found 3 opened, half-empty liquor bottles. I don't know about you but no one on our bus even thought about touching those bottles because who knows what was even in them! Not to mention how unsanitary and I'm sure illegal that is! Our driver yelled at some of the women on the bus towards the end of the night because he didn't want to wait anymore (even though we still had almost an hour left that we had paid for) and then proceeded to tell the owner that we tipped him $20 when in reality, he was handed $50 by my family members who hadn't drank all night. They gave me $50 for the "inconvenience" but refused to refund me an additional $125 for the time we lost.
