American Glass Block and Security

Tried for over 4weeks to get an estimate to have basement glass block installed. The business is close to my home and thought I would use them to support our local businesses. Actually spoke to the owner twice and was guaranteed he was on his way to look at the job but never had a return call or estimate left. Decided I had to go with another company that was a little more responsive.

I decided to have glass block installed in my basement for security reasons so I decided to go with American Glass Block . I spoke with the owner of the company who was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and even patiently answered the hundreds of questions I had regarding cost, installation, types of glass block, etc. The job was completed much sooner than I expected and the installers did an great job. Highly recommended!

I received great customer service. Over the phone and from the service man who came out and did my estimate. He went out of his way to make get to my back window. Very pleasant man, seemed as if he love what he does! Now waiting for my estimate, oh...and he also told me what to expect next, which is a phone call with the estimate amount.
