As a architectural designer, I have to deal with contractors on a regular basis, my experiences with Richard have been not only pleasant and professional, he was extremely helpful with suggestions on how to simplify the building process without compromising. I find that attitude not only unusual, but refreshing.

I was callin G.C.s to ask about issues with my house. I spoke with one G.C. for Approx. 1 min. when he nastily interrupted me and said can u get to the point ?I'm busy.

I then called Rich, spoke with me for about 10 mins answering questions and telling me what he could do for me. then I called him with additional question spoke with him more.

I have not used him YET but I figure if someone treats you with respect in a conversation, its more likely that he has pride in his work and will do a good job.

Richard did a very good job for me. I had a kitchen remodel with bid for 45K. Richard did the same job for under 30K. He was clean and friendly and helpful with suggestions. And nothing leaks! Highly recommend you call him.
