Auto Masters

VERY disappointed! Do not buy a used car from here! I repeat, do NOT buy a used car from here. I bought a 2002 Saturn Vue from Doug. A week after purchasing the vehicle I had starting problems. He assured us that he was going to "take care of it" and referred us to his "shop". I had to take my car back to their shop several times because the problem was not being fixed. They attempted to fix the problem by cleaning parts or moving things around. Finally he allowed us to take it into another Auto Masters here in Wichita. They replaced a part (which was more than the first place did) and sent us on our way. Continued to have problems with my car and was informed by the mechanic that we would just have to "wait it out" since the problem wasn't happening all he time. After a couple of weeks, I was still having that same problem plus another one. So my husband and I decided to take it into a real shop and have someone else look at it. Come to find out it is the throttle body and Saturn actually has a bulletin out on this problem, informing all dealers and shops of this COMMON problem. Now I have had my car for a little over a month (approximately 3 weeks actually in my possession since it has been in and out of the shop) and Doug at Auto Masters is telling me that "there is nothing they can do about it!" Disgusting!! I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!
