        BUYER BEWARE!!! Ordered a HVAC system from Frank Cummings at FR&I Contractors in June. The delivered to my home was completely wrong and sits in my living room. It is now mid-August - I am OUT MY MONEY and still begging him install the correct system in my home. WARNING - no not pay upfront!

        Overall

        I hired FR&I to remove old tile and put down new tile in a laundry room. There were also some other jobs at my son's rental home. This was a great experience for me. They were so good that I hired them to also do the cleaning. Frank and his team arrived every day on time and worked until everything was done. I am so

        glad I found them and I highly recommend

        their work.
