Security Surveillance Systems

The installation & service was great the day of installation, Price of equipment & installation Charges, were very reasonable. But service after sale & install doesn't exist. There was no follow up on the use of system. No operation's manual. I have had the system for 4 months since completion of system & install. I am having problems, with display on computer & monitor. Company refuse's to service system in any way without having to pay for $118.00 for a service call. I consider this extremely poor business.
