Blissborn is a childbirth education class emphasizing the power of your own mind to create a blissful birth. You already have everything you need to make it happen, and once you learn how to use self-hypnosis, you'll unlock that power for yourself. The Blissborn class is a series of five two-hour classes for mom and her birth partner. This series is to be taken during the third trimester of pregnancy. You can take the class either in a group or individually. When you take a Blissborn class, you will learn the most powerful birth preparation techniques available, taught by a medical support hypnotherapist. This means that you will leave with the best skills, the most useful knowledge and a deep sense of confidence and empowerment to make the birth of your baby quicker and easier. Mamas who complete the Blissborn training triple their chances of having a natural child birth.
