The branch manager at downing and evans is simply a insensitive, rude, smug and degrading person! She managers her staff until they all run away to a better branch, unemployment line would be a better place. She treated myself like I was an undereducated man. She spoke down to me like I am 13 and I do not know what an overdraft fee is!! Then she took a personal call while I was in her office. Unprofessional to answer your cell phone while talking to a paying customer. What ever you do not place your well earned money at her branch. There are several other locations nearby!
