Overall
I have no idea how the doctors...

I have no idea how the doctors are in Flowermound as I've never seen one. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Bosita December 6th. I received a call about an hour before to inform me he couldn't make the appointment, would I like to see his P.A. instead. I accepted. That was a mistake. The next appointment with Dr. Bosita? December 27th. I'm just scratching the surface. The office staff, while pleasant, are useless. Not one of the promises to return calls, forward results or even leave a note are kept. Every time I call I talk to someone else that has no clue about what I'm talking about. Stay away if you'd like to be taken seriously.

Overall
Not happy

I find all the doctors very good at TBI,. However the staff is another thing.

I call for a med review and got set up with Dr. Hiseys PA for an appointment. I arrived on time. I was told it would be "just a few minutes".

After waiting an hour..nothing new there. ... I was ready to leave. Suddenly it was my"turn". Not really, I got stuck in a room. Waited another 10 minutes only to be told that I had to make another appointment to see the pain management doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hisey for 6 years and have never been told, right up to the time I made this appointment, that he would not handle pain management. In fact he has always done the injections in my back... I was a little more than frustrated at being charged $40 co pay for NO service. I don't blame the doctors I blame the office management. I was pretty much tricked into staying when i was ready to give up and still I got told I needed to go to pain management if I wouldn't have surgery.

I pretty much see surgery as a last ditch effort and I know Dr Hisey does too. So why didn't the office refer me to the pain management when they asked me why I was coming in? As far as I'm concerned they owe me the copay and they shouldn't be allowed to bill my insurance for the non visit today.

Overall
Dr Bradley

My hero. If not for TBI, I would be a cripple. I have had two surgeries with them and this last time looks like it worked. The staff is so caring and professional. Dr Bradley has to be the best darn surgeon I have ever known. I feel he saved my life and gave me my life back. Racked with pain for over two years and for the first time in that time, I have been able to lower my pain meds. Don't take my word for it, see for yourself. Nothing is an exact science but if you want your life back, take a trip to Denton. I live in S Garland and would drive around the world to see Dr Bradley. Rock on Doc, rock on!
