On July 2, 2013 I bring in my ...

My Chrysler 300M would not pass inspection because the Check Engine light was on. I take the car to Classic and $750 dollars later they replace several sensors and pass inspection. Three weeks later the Check Engine light comes back on. I take it back to Classic, they keep it for two days and they tell me 1) I need an engine rebuild...or 2) Rats ate my wires causing a short.... or 3) oil on the wires caused a short. Either way....they cannot cost effectively fix my car. Parts aren't readily available....my car has long term problems. They said they DID get the engine light off by shrink wrapping the exposed wires. On the way home....THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES BACK ON. When I call....they tell me my car has problems. I questioned the initial $750.00 to pass inspection......whether the sensor replacement was necessary......and....of course it was. I was going to buy a new car but they appraised my 2004 Chrysler 300M at $1200. The funny part is....two days later I get a call from their Sales Manager who wanted to offer me TOP DOLLAR for my car as a trade in. He sheepishly told me he wasn't aware after I told him his appraiser already offered me insulting bottom dollar for my car. On principle alone...after $750 dollars and not fixing my car ...PLUS offering $1200 for trade in - I traded it in for double what Classic Mazda offered me...and bought a new car.....Eckert Hyundai across the street got my business.

we appreciate the willingness of each person involved in our car buying experience to stay late and work with us. Everyone was still smiling when it was hours past closing time and didn't make us feel rushed at all. Knowing that each person was glad to help made us feel comfortable and reassured about buying our first Jeep Wrangler. We absolutely loved our new car and to top it off, we had the best experience at your dealership your team! Thank you!

I wanted to take this time to tell you thank you for your excellent service for the second time! Often times people only share their negative experiences and fail to express when something goes JUST AS IT SHOULD, easily and professionally! Your attention to detail and incredible memory regarding my 2005 Mazda 3 and it's history made me realize why I drive to Denton in the first place. You kept me in the loop and I am back on the road again- and a lot happier now that the a/c is repaired. Sincerely satisfied.

Hi Bob, I wanted to thank you for a wonderful car buying experience on Saturday. We bough an 05 S60 Volvo from you. We enjoyed our experience there at Classic and was happy that we found a car in our price range. We also learned a few things about Volvo's while there, that was most helpful. Your knowledge and experience and out going personality made buying a car from Classic a pleasant and unexpected surprise. We will continue to do business with Classic of Denton in the future and will spread the word of what a great dealership you guys are.
