Holiday Cleaners

I have encountered some truly poor service at this cleaners. While the immediate staff has been nothing but cordial, when I have gotten my clothes back, they have looked worse than when I took them. From jackets to suits, I have repeatedly been disappointed with the level and quality of the cleaning service provided by this cleaners. To add insult to injury, the latest incident with the owner proved to be too much: I put a suit in the cleaners for removal of a stain, but when I got the suit back, not only did it have additional stains in the suit, but a button was missing and I could still see the creases in the material where I had previously worn it. When I complained to the staff and the owner, they replaced the button (button must have been lost because the new button didn't resemble the old one in texture or appearance) and I can only assume that they pressed the material to remove the creases, but the stains remain to this very day. From the looks of the suit, the material must have been burn or scorched around every button found on the coat. I again complained to the owner; he became irate and asked me out of his business. Good news for me, because neither will he ever receive any more of my much needed money , but I will never refer another customer to him. Currently, I and my entire family are not using his cleaners and we are advising others to do the same!
