Willow Tree at Delta

My family regrets the day we ever put our aunt and uncle in there. There were falls we were not told about. My uncle was concerned about my aunt and it was not heeded. She was found dead in bed the next day. She had fallen that morning, but we were not told. Her cheek was bruised. She was very sick, but I so regret choosing Willow Tree for them. They were only there for a few weeks to rehab from hospital visits as we all live far away. We were going back out to get them, but my aunt didn't make it. It was a horrible experience for my uncle. He is in an assisted living and very happy with it.
