Italian Tile Wholesalers

This is one of the dishonest business I have been in. I bought 25 boxes of tile and was told by a "John" that I cannot return single tiles but if I have a complete box that I can return with no problem. Today I tried to return a complete box that was unopened and the woman behind the counter, Magdalena, first told me that I couldn't return it. When I complained she said she would take it back minus a 25% restocking fee. THere is nothing on the invoice or on the wall in reference to a restocking fee. I was taken, deceived, lied to..etc. I will not recommend this bsiness and I hope no one has to go through what I did today.
