We rented a trailer from this company, it's in bad shape.. Unsafe for children. We fixes up a couple things to make it look nicer.. We moved out and the owner John points out what was already in bad shape but doesn't notice what we fixed, how clean we left it. Be careful take lots if pictures as soon as you move in and show them the problems, write it down give them a copy.. Don't get fooled!!
