Terrible Customer service!!!!! I called to advise this company that a client of mine needed to receive and invoice from them, they did not assist an any way. The wife of the owner I spoke with would not provide assistance at all and was very short and provided horrible customer service. My client is an elderly client and this company takes advantage of the fact that elderly clients may not know information that they should know. Instead they are charging the client for not doing anything at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I'm sure that the service that they provide will equal the poor customer service they give as well.

I am extremely pleased with Dan, the owner/technician that came to my home to repair my refrigerator under factory warranty. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very considerate. I will not hesitate to call West Chapoy Appliance Repair for any repairs that may be necessary in the future.
