Completely unreliable, irresponsible, and outright rude. Multiple employees openly lie to customers. I called ahead of time to schedule a pickup to make a train into a work appointment, and because of this company, I missed the train and thus the work appointment. If you care about making appointments on time, you would benefit from avoiding this company. There are several others based in the Deer Park area that are far more reliable.

Summary: I called at 2:43 pm, was told the driver can arrive within 15 minutes. I needed the pickup for a 3:55 pm train, so requested the pickup time of 3:30 pm. The dispatcher agreed. No cab arrived and between 3:30 and 3:44 pm, I called the company 5 times, with no answer. The 6th time, they answered, and claimed that the driver had been waiting in the parking lot. I was not picked up until 3:47 pm, and missed the train.

1) The driver claimed he had only been informed about the pickup 10 minutes ago, so at 3:37pm. The dispatcher claimed she had informed the driver at 3:25pm. Both cannot be true, so at least 1 person was lying.
2) I gave a specific address, and all other cab companies come to the pickup location. The driver should not have been in the parking lot, and in fact the driver said he was only circling the lot. The dispatcher claimed he was waiting there. Again, both cannot be true, so 1 person is lying.
3) On top of this, the dispatcher repeatedly started blaming me, the customer, for the failed pickup. The dispatcher said I should have been in the parking lot, which is not at all the location requested.
4) The driver also blamed me and said I should have called earlier. I repeatedly stated that I did in fact call with over an hour notice prior to the train time, and the dispatcher in fact even had offered an earlier pickup time.

The same lady or man is very rude always interrupts and hangs up in your face. Disrespectful Never ever call this cab everything is always an 45 to an hour wait. And they are never available after 8

This is the worst cab service. They were late by almost an hour plus they charged me $30 for a less than 3 miles ride. They are so shady, the cab driver asked me for the money before dropping me off. Such a shady company! I will never ride with them.

For this taxi company, you cannot book a cab the day before. Instead you need to call them when you need the taxi, preferably a couple of hours in advance. Because of this inconvenience and because of the unfavorable reviews I'd read, when I needed a taxi for a trip, I booked one from another taxi company to pick me up at 5:30am the next day to catch a 5:57am train but in the end it is Yellow Cab that saved me. At 5:40am the next day (10 minutes after the schedule time), the other company's taxi still did not show up. When I called them, the driver was still sleeping! I called Yellow Cab at that time. To my surprise, their cab arrived almost right away. I had already given up on catching the 5:57am train but the driver was able to get to the train station 2 minutes before the train! I'd recommend Yellow Cab and use them again. Just keep in mind, you may need to give them a couple of hours. Also, their price is reasonable.

This has got to be the worst taxi company in the world. These people are DISGUSTING. They are the absolute slobs, driving around with cracked windows, food spilt all over their seats, speeding, smelling of ALCOHOL. It's a joke. I've taken these cabs a few times now (out of desperation) and it gets worse every time. I was so close to calling the police a few weeks ago on them. I'd rather spend double the money in a car in which I feel safe. I'm so disgusted with this company and their drivers. I am not the only one who complains, almost every person I have spoken to in the area regarding them has agreed. This company will soon go out of business, I can not even call them a business, they should be ASHAMED of themselves. This is a DANGEROUS company with DANGEROUS drivers and I can't do anything more right now but to WARN others to NOT use this service.

This is the worst CAB SERVICE...

This is the worst CAB SERVICE EVER!!. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. I called them an HOUR in advanced and they still made me late TO where i had to go!! The PEOPLE have terrible attitudes and they kept rushing me off the phone when i called them back to ask how much longer. I would not give them no star at all but it said i would have to rate at least one star, but they do not deserve that!l!
