Lawn Doctor

The product of this service is great. BUT!! The customer service and customer relations are terrible, Ted the owner needs to terminate Diana as his customer service rep, she is very rude, impolite, nasty and just a mean person. After dealing with her I decided to go with True Green, hopefully the product at true green is just as good as lawn doctor, but even if it's not, I still rather deal with them before dealing with Diana and her attitude.
