In the 5 months I've dealt with Bug Busters, they've repeatedly missed appointments, failed to schedule followup appointments as promised, and willfully misrepresented one of their products to me, claiming it had effects the manufacturer explicitly denies. Worst of all, they failed to solve the rodent problem I actually hired them to solve.

Bug Busters went above and beyond to help rid us of a family of German Cockroaches that had set up house under our sink and in the cabinet beside our oven. We called them after our then current pest sevice failed to nip this problem in the bud from the onset. (The prior service just kept spraying the baseboards, telling us they could not come back for 2 weeks....the problem kept growing and growing!) We pulled out the appliances, shut down our kitchen and called BugBusters. Their technician came every week for several weeks until he eradicated those creatures! He always called in advance, was never late and even helped me reinstall the dishwasher. They care about their work and their customers.

Bug Busters has been taking care of our home for years now and I can't say enough good about them. They always come when I call and John Cowles is the best tech! He's very knowledgeable and takes care of things right the first time too!

We have fought with mosquitoes in our yard every summer, and have tried all types of sprays and foggers and nothing works to kill the mosquitoes. We have had to resort to putting bug spray on and really don't like it. This summer we decided to try the Bug Busters Mosquito application. At first it was working great, but starting in early June the mosquitoes just started coming and won't stop. I have had several calls to Bug Busters and they have been polite and have come back to retreat. But to no avail, the mosquitoes just keep on coming. My yard was treated with a triple dose of spray just 5 days ago and we don't see any difference. I just spent 5 minutes outside watering my plants by my front door and came in with 7 bites. The company is friendly, hence why we give it a rating of 2 stars instead of 1but the mosquito product is just not working for us. We will be back to putting on bug spray and using a can of yard fogger to help control the little pests.

Daphne from Bug Busters told me about the Mosquito service and I was doubtful that it would work. I agreed to try it for a few months just to see what I thought because I figured it couldn't hurt. I'm very excited to announce that we've been mosquito free for about 6 weeks after only two treatments! I'm a new believer and I highly recommend you try this to rid your own yard of nasty mosquitoes! We'll be purchasing the Mosquito plan from Bug Busters for years to come!

I HAVE A FRIEND WHO LIVES IN TAMPA AND ONE DAY WE WERE FISHING IN THE GULF. WE SAW THRESS WATER SPOUTS WHICH ARE SMALL TORNADOS COME UP AT ONE TIME ABOUT 2 MILES APART IN THE SHAPE OF A TRIANGLE. WE JUST ANCHOR DOWN AND THEY WERE GONE IN ABOUT 30 MINUTES.



ON ANOTHER FISHING TO CANADA WHICH IS THE LAND OF ONE THOUSAND LAKES WE STAYED AT FISHING CABINS. IN ONE OF THE LAKES THERE WAS A BIG ROCK THAT STOOD OUT ABOVE THE LAKE. AT THE CABINS THE MANAGER WOULD TAKE THE FISHING CARCASS TO THIS ROCK AND WE SAW ABOUT 25 EAGLES COME AND FEED ON THEM. THIS WAS A GREAT SITE TO BEHOLD.

We have used Bug Busters for years with great results. Many of my neighbors have problems with ants, but not us. We have had the same technician servicing our house all along and he's more like an old friend than just "the bug guy". I'd recommend Bug Busters to anybody!
