This fella was hired to build my home. Had many problems with this fella, First thing, dug out way to much dirt for the foundation, and then wanted to charge me 1,000 more money to fill it back in, wile using my dirt to fill in a lot for another house he was building near buy.



Wile building my home, told me he could get a great deal on a ,Jacuzzi with heat so I told him to get it, well a regular garden tub was put in. I told him to put in the Jacuzzi he said he could get. Well he said he can't get that anymore, so that ended up costing me $1,500 more.



Put in the wrong window in the bathroom, had to get him to change that.



Kept telling me he was going to get some fella to come in and fix the orange peel spray on the sheet rock, That never happened. had to fix all that my self.



I wanted Dura rock in the bathroom shower areas, saw that green board was installed, He said if I want it I have to change it myself.



I won't hire this fella to build me a house ever again. Also wanted to charge me more for warranty on the home for defects from construction.



The concreate work was done so poorly, had to fix a lot of it my self, the foundation rolled like a ocean wave, and I had to reserface it to put down ceramic tile, And the door stupes crooked, uneven. Front porch edge has dry spot in concrete showing clumped rocks on the edge.

The doormers on the roof, siding touched the singles and was constantly soaked with water every time it rained causeing the siding to rot out prematurely.
