DO NOT use as a management company. Almost every tenant they placed for us has defaulted in 2-3 months. They have cost us thousands in using unlicensed contractors as well as fines from the cities. We paid them in advance for work to be performed on one of our houses and they kept our money for work never performed. They don't pay you your rent right away, they keep it till you hound them for it. They broke their own contract with us after stealing our deposit for construction. They also forged documents to make it look like there were two brokers involved to get both sides of the commissions when we rented out units. We negotiated up front to pay one side when in house placement of tenant is done.

Extremely unprofessional office. I bought a home through them and they did not represent my interests at all. I would never go to this office again.

I've always dealt with Jeff Borg and he has done a fantastic job with every part of the sales transaction. He makes you feel like family and is very patient. He makes sure you are completly satisfied and will go the extra mile for his clients. Thanks Jeff!
