omg alex is the worst person working here so rude ,,,,, there was also a dog in the office watch out my little girl almost peed on her self when this great dane ran right at her ,,,, this whole place is a scam .... after I purchased the promo on tv for jorney suites , they put me up in this crappy motel with ants infested ,,,, then alex told the hotel to charge my card$ 400 for an upgrade ,,, I cant belive they did ,,, total rip off ..do not do any bussniess with them there are several complaints on them I called the bbb there pending ,,,,,,,
