Dear sir. I'm a patient of yours and have been for a couple of years. Due to L hip surgery and an unresolved compression fx at l=3 you've treated me successfully with injections and medication. , But this year I had two falls due to orthostatic hypotension for which I treat with dr Sikaria. Ive had two surgeries this year One the L shoulde and two a hip surgery by dr grimes. dr grimes prescribed opiates for pain. but I'm finished with his treatment. my family at island drs is Daniel dnofrio. he is psychotic about the use of opiates. he or one of hid flunkies called your office in palm coast and slandered me my telling them I was an addict. I'm not an addict and have used opiates for years. I'm an attorney who specialized in legal/medical issues including medmal. I believe donfrio violated my privacy rights by his actions and is libel under several federal laws.lplease act accordingly and remove any reference to addiction in my chart .thank you james e vigiletti atty at law (mich)
