Sales Rep., Peter J. Cotton, at Gary Yeomans Ford Dealership, was such a pleasure to work with. Mr. Cotton was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable about the products and services available in regards to my purchase of the 2013 Ford Focus. Mr. Cotton, throughout the entire process, required to obtain the vehicle, was exceptional. I WILL DEFINITELY REQUEST/RECOMMEND MR. COTTON AND GARY YEOMANS FORD DEALERSHIP WHEN THE TIME COMES FOR ME TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE IN THE FUTURE, AS WELL AS TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS INQUIRING ABOUT PURCHASING A VEHICLE.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Purcased my vehicle on Aug 28,2012 on the date of purchased I mentioned to my salesman that I thought that there was an oil leak. The salesman took it to the service dept. came back and said no it's not a leak it just looks like one because we recently changed the oil. At this time my husband was away in VA getting ready to deploy to Afghanistan so I thought that I could trust what the dealership was telling me I didn't realize they would take advantage of me! Here we are in Jan. 2013 I took the car to the Jeep Dealer to have the transmission checked because it was giving me a hard downshift. Come to find out it also has an oil leak! I went straight next door to Gary Yeomans and talked to the manager of my salesguy. The manager stated that I should know that when I purchase a used vehicle that things can go wrong and there is no warranty and that its a little late to be coming back. My reply was I understand that but I told you in the begining I thought something was wrong and you lied to me also it's been 5 months because it's not like I was going to take the car in right after I purchased it. He then said that it was my fault for believing them then and I shouldn't have purchsed the vehicle. He was condescending and rude, he got frustrated with me and went to get his GM which I never saw by the way and waited an hour. Although he was frustrated he origianl manager came back and proceeded to sell me another car when I told him that it wasnt possible my husband was in Afghanistan and couldnt send mail out nor did I have a power of attorney his answer was there is ways around that. He pawned me off to a salesman which I wasn't interested in but I did it while waiting for the GM. The salesman couldnt wait to get rid of me because he was in the middle of selling other cars and I wasnt a profit to him. After looking the salesman said are you done and then just walked away leaving me to go back inside where I then couldn't find anyone to talk to. This company made me feel like I was dealing with a sleezy car lot. I am so disgusted at the way I was treated! I understand that there are no warranties but I feel that they should take some responsibilty for their actions! He offered to fix the car cheaper then the Jeep dealer that was his solution.

Beware of the Finance Manager....

Beware of the Finance Manager. Get your own financing. Once they get you in their office they give you the hard sell for their Extras. They are already on your contract so don't sign it until you go over it and have every charge explained. They took me for $4000.00 after I told them I didn't want any extras. I did not realize it had already been figured into the payment. It was "ok, sign here and here etc." and I had bought it without knowing because I didn't believe a reputable company would pull a fast one like that. When I found it I made a big fuss and got it cancellet but every payment I make includs that charge til it is paid in full. A dirty underhanded trick is what I call it. I wonder how many people have been taken this way?
