        Overall

        Thanks to this company's HORRIBLE customer service, I missed my flight, had to pay a $50 change fee and arrived at my destination 6.5 hours later than originally scheduled. They did not even have the courtesy to call me and let me know why they NEVER showed up!!!! DON'T call them if you need to get somewhere!!!!!
