Bowman Automotive

We were in Dayton, TN on business, when my wife's Honda CRV overheated. The vehicle recently had a new radiator installed back in Hendersonville, TN. On Thursday, right at quittin' time, Ed Bowman, himself, took the time to do a thorough inspection and found that the water pump was shot and needed replacing. We absolutely HAD to leave Friday. He warned us that he was solidly booked for Friday but said he'd do what he could. Turns out, once the new parts came in Friday morning, he personally did the repair out in the lot, right where the Honda sat. We were on the road by 1:30. I'm in the music and video business, which is populated by a lot of flaky folks. They'll lie to your face, smiling all the while. It's rare to find someone whose "Yes" is Yes, and their "No" is No. Ed Bowman and his crew are a rare find. Thanks to Ed, the CRV made it back to Nashville with the temp gauge closer to the "C" than to the "H" and my wife and daughter safe and sound. Thanks, Mr. Bowman!
