They're always courteous when I'm at their store. The drivers are courteous as well.

WARNING: .. UPS Drivers are very Careless as far as securing your property upon leaving! One of my dogs got loose because of their incompetence, he was gone for 4 days. I was very lucky that someone happened to find my dog and get in touch with me. Twice a driver has left my gate open (it was Shut and Locked when they Entered the Property).. I called to leave a complaint with the drivers Supervisor, they stated they were sorry, but that was all. I feel that if their drivers do not secure the property as they found it, they should be held responsible for any cost associated with the loss of any pet, up to, and including any fees from someone turning pet into a shelter, or total monies paid to owner of property, for the cost of replacing the pet! I am going to have a sign made, that states that your are to secure the property upon leaving, or you will be held accountable for any loss! .. And I am seriously thinking about installing security cameras on my property that will video the comings and goings of anyone entering and leaving my property. Maybe then their Drivers might take a little more Responsibility in Performing their Duties to the Public! ..So, summing this up... If you have a scheduled delivery from UPS, call them ahead of time, to inform a Supervisor that the Driver... "MUST SECURE YOUR PROPERTY"! ... IN THE FUTURE I WILL DO ANYTHING IN MY POWER TO USE ANY OTHER SERVICE FOR DELIVERY, IF AT ALL POSSIBLE! I had to leave one star for their rating, but I don't believe they even deserve that!
