Excellent work, in store repair, great customer service, and overwhelming friendliness.

I was an out-of-town visitor to Dayton, and I did a number on my wire-framed glasses after a long day sight-seeing. I found them through a quick online search, and called them in a panic because they were unusable. They not only calmed me down and gave me directions across town, but assured me they would wait for me after closing hours in case traffic held me up. Traffic did not hold me up, they assured me it wasn't as bad as it looked, fixed it in 10 minutes, and charged me $5 when I would have paid $50! And they were apologetic that it wasn't a simple fix! I would use them again in a heartbeat.
