        Overall

        Called to see if they had an item in stock was on hold for 20 minutes no one ever picked back up. Called a secondary time to ask the same question about an item being in stock. The woman that answered was very rude, kept me on hold for another 20 minutes no answer back. They will no longer receive my business.

        this one is a bit outta luck. its in a beatdown area which does not help. and the deals are still good so its not worth overlooking. but its just not as nice as some of the other biglots anymore.
