ABSOLUTELY AMAZING OUR DAUGHTERS WEDDING RECEPTION WAS INCREDIBLE . MEGAN, TICS AND THE STAFF ARE PRICELESS *PAULA AND FAMILY * GREAT EXPERIENCE, LOTS LOVE . WE WILL BE BACK..I was so stressed, never planned a wedding reception b4 . God is good. Great place, great people. You can't go wrong !#

Its not worth 45.00. The horse was nice and rrabbits and goats but that's all. No show or things for kids to do .. not worth for that much money.. its worth 5.00 per person -- there a park amila airheart threre all u pay is 7.00 per car and they have petting zoo and pony ride

AMAZING, that's the first thing I had to say. This was beautiful experience for my family and my nephew, we booked a party here and Megan that is the women I spoke too who help set this all up was a very organized women who was nothing but very helpful. Megan and her staff helped set up my nephew whole event for his birthday and it was just amazing. The horses they have there are beautiful and keep in very good condition. This is the place to go to if you every want you children to have a birthday party and be around the farm life.

Terrible business, terrible business ethics. Booked a party then needed to cancel- notified them within 24 hours of booking. They refused to refund my deposit- party was four months away from date scheduled. Owner would never return my call from day 1. I would highly discourage doing business with people like this

I did my lil girls 5 year old party there super expensive. Plus staff was suppost to help they didn't they stood there n talked to themselves half the time. We went to complain and the owner was so professional and he thought he knew it all n started to be sarcastic. We just wanted the party to end we will never go again and recommend any one there . For the price they should have done a lot more all they do is push u to leave cuz they already got paid!!!

I have been taking my daughters here for several years. My daughters go here for summer camp and horseback riding. We had a birthday party here last week and everyone had so much fun. They went out of their to take care of my guests.

I recently visited the Davie Ranch as a guest at a young boys birthday party.The place look clean and presentable.Although parking my car was a nigtmare because they do not allowyou to park anywhere near the barn.Due to safety...Even though there is a horse trailer parked right in the middle of the area they need"Clear". The staff was very friendly and welcoming and helpful in directing us on where the party was.MYBIGGEST CMPLAINT was with the OWNER ...When entering the petting zoo my son was pecked smack dab in the middle of the forehead by a turkey.The attendant then went to ask about removng him from the area.The owner came in and began conversating with the animal instead of removing him.I was infuriated when he didnt even apologize.his attitude was un welcoming and i will never be returning there again.

Great place for my kids party. Animals are healthy and happy. Staff is very helpful and very nice. The venue is extremely clean and decorated beautifully. Will do my party there again next year.

Car BURGLURIZED and OWNER NOT helping. My wife visited the Davie Ranch for a child’s birthday party. Her car was parked within eye sight when the staff instructed her she MUST move her car to the end of the property. I should also mention my wife was 8 months pregnant and had our 2 year old daughter with her. They made a woman in her condition move her car a significant distance away where she had to walk back and the car was no longer in eyesight. During the party 2 cars windows were smashed out and the car's were burglarized. She was told by the staff that cars were also burglarized the weekend before. Is this place safe. I feel they are negligent in keeping their customers safe. When I contacted my insurance they notified me that I would be responsible for the $500 deductible. I then contacted the owner of the Davie Ranch, Edwin to ask for his liability insurance company information. He rudely informed me that they are not responsible and would not be able to help me with reimbursement for my deductible. He also informed me if someone were to get hurt on his property he would not be responsible. He also told me my wife signed a waiver when she got to the party, which she did not. I would not recommend doing business with a company that does not take any responsibility for incidents that happen on their property.

I threw a great party and everybody loved it, but they charge $50 for every 15 minutes you are over. So they charged me extra even though people were in the midst of LEAVING. That is very rude. they werent even throwing a party afterwards or anything. I can understand if they were. I brought them so much business that day too. So many of the guests at my party now want to throw a party at the Davie ranch and I'm going to tell them all how rude the staff is and that they shouldnt. OVer charging for a few minutes over when people are just leaving makes me NEVER want to throw a party there again.

The people are really nice. The place looks great but good luck getting a lesson or anything. They NEVER EVER answer the phone.
