Color Me Mine

I had a party here for my daughter on March 30th. On color me mines website for the Davie location, it says the pieces will be ready in 5-7 days. When I called on the 7th day wondering where my pieces were, she said it takes 7-10 days. By now it was April 11th (12 days from my party!) and I STILL hadn't received a call that the pieces were done! When I called to check on the status, she told me they were ready. I asked why no one bothered to call me and the girl on the phone said she would have to look into it. I asked to speak to a manager to which she told me no one was there so I asked that she have a manager call me back. It is now April 21st and I have yet to receive that call. I decided to call once more asking to speak to the manager telling her that it had been a week and a half since my message and she said she would have to put in another message. When I asked for the managers name, she said she couldn't give out that information. The 2 girls that helped the day of the party were good, other than that, this place has been absolute horrible especially with customer service. I would NEVER return here and I would advise the same of others!
